★施工工序  Construction process

1、一樓及以下地面需已做好防水處理；

2、素地處理：依素地情況進行研磨，除塵，修補，找平地面；

3、環(huán)氧底漆：用超強滲透底漆滾涂一道，提高地面的強度，增加環(huán)氧地坪的附著力；

4、環(huán)氧中涂：用無溶劑自流平中涂加入適量的石英砂鏝涂一至兩道，以找平地面，提高地面的強度；

5、超耐磨面漆：用超耐磨面漆施工一道，施工時需三人一組，邊刮涂邊穿釘鞋用滾筒收均勻，完工后的地面不能有滾筒印，面漆用量0.1Kg/m2；

6、成品完工：24小時后方可上人，72小時后方可重壓；（以25℃為準，低溫時間延長）
